PETITION TO THE UNITED NATIONS FOR RELIEF FROM CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES' CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY
Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and
inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of
freedom, justice and peace in the world,
Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in
barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent
of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and
freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of
the common people,
Whereas it is essential if (wo)man is not to be compelled to have
recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression,
that human rights should be protected by the rule of the law,
Now Therefore, Natural Parents hereby proclaim:
I. That Motherhood and Childhood are entitled to special
care and assistance. All Children, whether born in or out of
wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection;
II That Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education
that shall be given to their Children;
III That Parents have a prior right to choose whether or not
psychotropic pharmaceuticals be administered to their children;
IV That every Parent and Child has the right to life, liberty and
security of person;
V That no Parent or Child shall be subjected to torture or to cruel,
inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment;
VI That no Parent shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention
or imprisonment;
VII That every Parent charged with a penal offense has the right
to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law
in a public trial at which (s)he has had all the guarantees
necessary for his or her defense;
VIII That no Parent shall be held guilty of any penal offense on
account of any act or omission which did not constitute
a penal offense, under national or international law, at the
time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty
be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time
the penal offense was committed.
IX That no Parent shall be subjected to arbitrary interference
with his or her privacy, family, home or correspondence,
nor to attacks upon his or her honor and reputation. Every
Parent has the right to the protection of the law against such
interference or attacks.
THE UNDERSIGNED, finds that Child Protective Services and the United States
Government which oversees said Agency has violated the human rights of
Parents and Children and has subjected Parents and Children to indignities,
abuse, terrorization, and has violated the sacred bond of Parent and Child by
illegally kidnapping and illegally detaining our Children without probable
cause or without due process of law.
THE UNDERSIGNED does hereby Petition the United Nations for Relief and
Remedy to have Children returned to their natural parents by the laws of
the United Nations, the laws of God and Nature.
